Accountability
What you will own
Plan and run recruitment for open roles, from writing role descriptions to shortlisting and interviews.
Review applications fairly and keep candidates informed at every stage.
Design and run onboarding so new members and leaders settle in quickly.
Track volunteer engagement, wellbeing, and retention, and act on what you learn.
Keep people records, role assignments, and recruitment pipelines organized and confidential.
Work with the CEO, COO, and team leads to plan the skills and roles the organization needs next.
