Youth in community environmental discussion in Kenya
Our Mission

Mission, Vision & Global Alignment

"We exist to translate systems thinking into everyday action: equipping young Kenyans to diagnose the challenges in their communities, build enterprises that outlast donor cycles, and lead change from the ground up."

We are transitioning from a non-governmental model to a self-sustaining social enterprise, reducing dependency on donor funding and building an organisation that generates its own impact and value. Our vision is a generation of equipped, confident young Kenyans: leading enterprises, applying systems thinking in their communities, and driving lasting change from the ground up.

Our Core Strategic Pillars

Aligned directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

Systems Thinking in Action

We bring systems thinking out of the classroom and into the community, helping young Kenyans map root causes, identify impact gaps, and design interventions that address the real reasons challenges persist. Aligned with SDG 13, 14, and 15.

Social Enterprise & Skills

Through The 50 Percent programme and our social enterprise transition, we equip youth aged 18-35 to create economic value, close the skills-to-employment gap, and build organisations that sustain themselves. Aligned with SDG 4, 8, and 10.

Community-Led Wellbeing

Through community barazas, the Youth Pulse Program, and intergenerational connection, we invest in the mental resilience and collective accountability of every young person we work with. Aligned with SDG 3, 6, and 11.

Knowledge-Driven Partnerships

Operating as a think tank, we build evidence-based partnerships: from urban tree-planting with Tatu City to community cleanup events, ensuring every collaboration delivers measurable, lasting impact aligned with SDG 17.
