Identify and manage relationships with aligned external partners.
Coordinate partners, executive leadership, and internal project teams.
Seek funding, donations, in-kind support, and other resources.
Prepare proposals and organize commitments and follow-ups.
Negotiate and sign agreements with executive oversight.
